LCDR Promotion Ceremony

This ceremony was held on March 1, 2004 at 1205.  The location was the Graduate School of Business and Public Policy bldg in the Staff & Faculty Mailroom.  The following participants were sworn in to the rank of Lieutenant Commander: 

Rodney Blevins, James Cheatham, Jadon Lincoln, Jose Sanchez (All sworn in by CAPT J. Smith),  and James Gayton (sworn in by COL Dave Matthews).  Congratulations to these fine officers and their families!
